HackFab Carbon Mini Sprint Weight Bar (see options)

These are the optional bolt-on weight bars for the HackFab Carbon Mini-Sprint (Losi Mini-B conversion). To keep the cost down, the kit is equipped with 3D chassis rails. These weight bars are an option part for adjusting and fine tuning the weight bias and chassis rigidity in the Carbon Mini Sprint. Depending on track conditions, some setups may benefit more from added weight than others.

Weight Bars are all sold SEPARATELY as single bars. This, again, is to help keep the cost down and allow racers to only buy what they need.

The Carbon Sprint chassis has 5 holes. You can run a full width 5-Hole bar along the entire chassis or run a shorter bar and have adjustment to place it more forward or rear to suite your needs. The Bolt-On sprint cage is higher in the back on the bottom, which allows the ability to stack weights as well if desired (but only up to 4-Hole size on the top layer for the cage to close).

If you don't want to stiffen up the chassis, the weights can be split as shown in one of the photos, using a 2-Hole and 3-Hole option (or less). If you want rigidity without weight, go Aluminum. If you want weight and rigidity, go full length Brass. if you want flexibility, go shorter and move the weight where you need.

2-Hole Aluminum: (1.87g) / .066oz.
2-Hole Brass: (5.77g) / .20oz.
3-Hole Aluminum: (3.53g) / .125oz.
3-Hole Brass: (11g) / .389oz.
4-Hole Aluminum: (5.25g) / .185oz.
4-Hole Brass: (16.21g) / .572oz.
5-Hole Aluminum: (6.9g) / .243oz.
5-Hole Brass: (21.2g) / .75oz.

Each bar is precision machined and tapped for m2.5 screws.

These will also fit the HackFab Slingshot drag chassis, as they have the same hole spacing.
