This is our new carbon fiber oval chassis conversion for the Latrax Rally car. This replaces the stock plastic tub chassis with a left-offset carbon plate for better oval handling.
The kit re-uses the stock hardware from your Latrax Rally. It is a quick change to swap out the upper and lower chassis plates for the carbon upgrade. Fitment of the original receiver box cover to the top plate will not be possible with this, but you can still use double sided tape to secure your receiver to the plate.
This new version includes UPDATED aluminum battery brackets specific to this kit and is not compatible with our Losi Mini-T 2.0/Mini-B conversions.
This version works with the standard Latrax 5 cell nimh, optional 6 cell nimh, and most 2s lipos (we prefer the PowerHobby 2000mah 2s lipo). The old version of this kit is still available for a limited time. It uses our standard battery brackets but the battery mounting area is narrower and will not fit the 6 cell nimh.
